ABOUT THE MINDFULNESS SESSION: We will walk down the park hill & stop at the Blue Jacaranda tree to enjoy a variety of mindfulness practices. We will stand with our bare feet on the earth for earthing & grounding practices, while welcoming the light of the sun into our hearts, day & life. Some of the mindfulness practices will include: Breathing Exercises, Qi Gong, Stretching & Visualization/Sitting in Stillness/Silence. We will connect to the healing energies of Mother Earth, Father Sun, the Trees, Animal Kingdom & the Five elements.
