Middle Man Cove Beach is the name given to the beach between Goff Cove and Treasure Island Beach and is below the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach. This is a small sandy south-facing cove that is only accessed by climbing over rocks from either of those other two beaches. The path from Treasure Island Beach goes through a natural arch in the rock wall.
